Care Focus Consultancy has been established since 2017, and the purpose of our company is to provide support and advice to organisations in the care sector. Furthermore, we provide care home management services to ensure that organisations within the care sector comply with the regulations set by the CQC.
As part of our management services, we carry out an audit of your care home as well as providing a detailed action plan and working closely with your organisation’s management team to complete and implement the plan.
Our consultants have acquired more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, and therefore, we are able to provide a range of additional services too. This can include HR support and completing investigation services within your care home. As a small, committed team, we are able to provide a bespoke service and focus on the individual needs of our clients.
